Physiotherapist
Drashti Gandhi is a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist and Sports Therapist with a strong clinical background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injury management, and neurological physiotherapy.
She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India, where she gained valuable clinical experience working in both Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Neurological rehabilitation clinics. During this time, she developed strong skills in patient assessment, evidence-based treatment planning, and functional rehabilitation.
Driven by her interest in sports performance and injury prevention, Drashti moved to the United Kingdom to pursue a Master’s degree in Sports Therapy. Through her postgraduate education and practical experience, she has developed advanced expertise in sports injury assessment, rehabilitation planning, and return-to-sport protocols.
Drashti currently works as a Sports Massage Therapist and continues to expand her clinical practice in physiotherapy. Her main areas of expertise include comprehensive injury assessment, designing individualised rehabilitation programs, and supporting athletes and active individuals through safe and effective return to sport or return to daily living pathways.
She has a hands-on treatment approach and is experienced in exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, balance and proprioception training, gait re-education, posture correction, and functional strengthening. Drashti believes in patient-centred care and focuses on restoring movement, improving performance, and preventing future injuries.
Outside of her professional life, Drashti enjoys expressing her creativity through acrylic painting. She also has a love for adventure and finds relaxation in riverside walks, which help her maintain a balanced and active lifestyle.
