Mustafa has over 15 years of dedicated clinical experience across the UK and India. He is an accomplished Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist known for his patient-centred approach, advanced manual therapy skills, and consistent delivery of high-quality care. His career reflects a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and excellence in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions.
His core strengths lie in patient assessment, diagnostics, prognostics, orthopaedics, sports injuries, and comprehensive case management. He is recognised for his ability to build strong therapeutic rapport, communicate effectively, and tailor treatment plans that empower patients to take an active role in their recovery. His clinical practice is grounded in precision, empathy, and a deep understanding of human movement and biomechanics.
Mustafa completed his Master of Science in Sports Injury Management and Therapy from Sheffield Hallam University, UK (2011), following a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, India (2008). His academic journey includes several research projects focused on musculoskeletal health, flexibility training, and workplace related MSK disorders.
He has pursued extensive postgraduate training, including:

Mustafa has built a diverse clinical career across the UK and India. He began his career developing a strong foundation in orthopaedics and sports physiotherapy, which continues to underpin his clinical approach today. He currently works as a Physiotherapist within the NHS, delivering musculoskeletal care in a community hospital setting. Prior to this, he worked autonomously as a Care Support Worker in the UK. Before relocating, Mustafa spent over a decade in India as a Senior Physiotherapist, where he managed complex cases, led rehabilitation programmes, and supported long-term patient recovery.
Mustafa has contributed to public health awareness through articles published in the Hindustan Times, including:
